Processing time

Every item is handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to make and prepare your order before it ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 10 business days — we’ll always let you know.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only. 

 

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment is scanned.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Since every item is made by hand just for you, we’re unable to reroute or cancel orders once production has started. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly submitted address.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@currentcustomgoods.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the damage if applicable, and we’ll work quickly to try to make it right.

Our return policy

Because every item is handmade to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before ordering, always found in the listing details.

However, we stand fully behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or we made an error on your order, we will make it right — hassle free.

What qualifies for a return or replacement

Item arrived with a manufacturing defect (e.g. stitching failure, printing error, engraving error, damage to product, etc.)
We sent the wrong item, size, or color
Customization does not match what was specified in the proof 
✗  Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
✗  Incorrect size selected by the customer
 Wear, washing or drying damage, or misuse after delivery
 

How to request a return

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@currentcustomgoods.com with the following:

1 Your order number
2 A brief description of the issue
3 Clear photos showing the defect or error

We’ll respond within 2 business days. Do not send items back without hearing from us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

 

Resolution options

Once your claim is approved, we’ll offer one of the following depending on the situation:

  • Replacement: We’ll remake and reship your item at no cost to you.
  • Store credit: A credit applied to your account for a future order.
  • Full refund: Returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
